Just a shadow of the Night
Sometimes I wish to change my life
Whenever deeper and deeper in the black abyss of my soul I dive
Behind a hard barrier I hide
To hope that IŽll die
Sometimes I wish that I could find
Someone who understands me
I discover that I must be blind
Course such a person IŽll never see
Often I walk alone through the night
Hoping to forget the terror inside
In a thunderstorm I wish a lightning would hit me
To set my dead and empty soul free
I am just a shadow of the night
In whose soulŽs a neverending fight
Who till now hasnŽt seen any light
Who only wants that he might
Die in his hide
Sometimes I wish that I would find
Someone whoŽs like me, someone of my kind
Forever waiting, standing by
Forever hoping that tomorrow IŽll die
