(sorry dass ich auf englisch schreibe)
It's a soft warm summernight
wished you'd be here by my side
but i sit here alone and watch the stars
small and sparkling they hang in the sky
Time after time a cloud passes by
Like a blade the moon cuts throug the darkness
and like a blade cuts the loneliness through my heart
such a smooth pain
and i try in vain
to be happy
I take a deep breath and i smell flowers and your parfume
I feel free, thats the way i always wanted it to be
but now I'm yearning for a golden cage
The wind caresses my arms
When i close my eyes i imagine it was your hands
The air covers me like a coat
and like a sweet melody the summer whispers in my ear
You're not here
How can i be so sad
in such a wonderful moment
How can a moment be wonderful
without you? |
